Yes, your payment and billing information are saved in your account portal to make your monthly subscription as convenient as possible. We know that you care about how your information is stored and used, which is why we designed our online platform with consumer privacy in mind.
To update payment & billing information, sign into your account and go to "manage my subscription" and then "billing information." There you should see options to update the card on file and/or change your billing address.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For logistical reasons, we are currently only able to accept Apple pay and credit cards if you are browsing on Safari. Please let us know if you're having any issues with payment by emailing us at email@example.com
Your card will be charged on the date marked as "Next charge date" in your account. To find this date, start by logging in here, and click "manage my subscriptions." From there you should see an option marked "subscriptions" on the left. Once you've clicked through that, you should see the address and charge date for your next delivery.
