The participants
We had 60 participants for our RMDY study. All participants were healthy adult men and women ages 24-45 who met our predefined criteria of participation.
The study design
We conducted a double-blind, placebo-controlled study for our RMDY product, which means that half of the participants received placebo and the other half received real products. After 10 days of usage, all participants took a survey to record how they're feeling. As a last step, we conducted 2 focus groups with 20 participants total to further discuss the effectiveness of the product.
