While I have not lost weight, it does seem to be aiding my digestion. I feel better after eating compared to before, and I'm sleeping well.
RMDY has really worked to keep me regular. Nothing else has helped me. Need to get restocked asap.

The chews are easing my medication induced constipation for the most part. I like the flavor.
I am a long-time sufferer of constipation and digestive issues. In addition, I have three kids that share my digestive issues. Literally, we have all tried everything and nothing has been effective. My daughter was even forced to start prescription meds for her constipation which didn't help her system heal itself. My son constantly consumes fiber gummies, pills, and powders, with no long-range improvements and I have only have found success with products that bring on immediate success that make me hesitant to take when traveling or not next to a bathroom. Needless to say, my family has had major issues in this area and I am happy to report we FINALLY found our solution.
RMDY does not only solve the problem, with "regular" success, but is loaded with probiotics that help improve your overall digestion so that constipation is not a recurring issue. It, also, solves the problem of indigestion and reflux and has been the reason we have all lost a bit of weight. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RMDY and am so thankful we found this great product.
Love them, on my second batch of tablets. Considerably less bloating and much less gas. I have not been this comfortable in a long time. But why can I not get them anymore?!
I am a longtime IBS sufferer. RMDY has helped me with regularity most days, but there is still the occasional issue with constipation.
I have been taking Armstrong for 3 months now and feel like a new person! They taste good so I always remember to chew them, and I have become much more regular. I had been unable to lose weight despite dieting, but now I have lost 8 lbs and my midsection is lean and never bloated.
After dealing with chronic idiopathic constipation for most of my 66 years, this product has saved me. The chewables relieved the bloating almost immediately, but the constipation was another matter. After initially following the dosage instructions on the packet with no relief, I reread an email from the company that suggested taking two chewables before each meal. I tried that and it did the trick! I have been regular for three days without the need of laxatives or suppositories. I've just ordered more and am looking forward to continued relief from this issue that has plagued me for decades. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I would have given these 5 stars but I feel I haven’t used them long enough to state for certain they really work. However my they did ease my constipation during the first week of use but they stopped working by the third week I will continue to take them for another month and hopefully my system will get back to how they worked when I first began taking them. If not I won’t continue as they are pricy imho

I think everyone is different and you need you find your special routine. Mine is 2 in the morning and 2 at night. ❤️❤️❤️
I have been taking 2 tablets before my biggest meal if the day, 1 before a small meal for 1 week and now I am super constipated.
I have stopped taking them to see if I could straighten out my system.
I like it so far and hope it continues to be great!
I was hesitant about buying these because of the reviews on the taste. I do not care for sour, but you get use to it. I am not sure what the other comments meant because they taste good.
I gave it a 4 star because I am taking 3 things daily to combat constipation and bloating. I am not sure which one is working and after a year long dilemma I do not want to eliminate any of the products.
Ever since I've started rmdy, I have had the best bowel movements without pain and bloating. I am also regular; I used to go maybe once a week or two but now at least every other day. Thank you, will be ordering more.
This product works! Some medications can cause constipation and this is the only thing that has worked for me. I don’t have to worry about becoming dependent on this. Thank you for a wonderful life changing product!
Rmdy tablets seem to have me a little more regular. I am having bowel movements more often. However, I can not stand the taste of the tablets, so I end up swallowing them instead. I have to also take 2 instead of just 1 because 1 doesn’t seem to do much. With that, I will go through an order in a month. It didn’t relieve any bloating I had, which was slightly disappointing. Overall though I think it has helped my gut health from what I can tell thus far.
