How do I take RMDY?
As a daily strength probiotic, it's suggested to take one serving (2 chewables) at either the start of your day prior to your first meal, or prior to your last meal of the deal day. You can also safely take additional chewables (1-2) prior to any larger meals or historically troublesome meals. RMDY contains the digestive enzyme lactase, which is rarely found in similar supplements. Lactase supplements can help support soothing bloating and healthy digestion after consuming milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream and other foods.
