How do I take RMDY?
As a daily strength probiotic, it's suggested to take one serving (2 chewables) at either the start of your day prior to your first meal, or prior to your last meal of the deal day. You can also safely take additional chewables (1-2) prior to any larger meals or historically troublesome meals. While there is no indication that taking more chewables poses any safety or health risk, we recommend not exceeding a maximum amount of 8 chewables per day.
Does RMDY replace my probiotics?

It's always advised to continue alternating probiotic strains over time, as best to round-out your gut health and introduce different strains. When should I start to feel something?

Does RMDY help with lactose intolerance?
RMDY contains the digestive enzyme lactase, which is rarely found in similar supplements. Lactase supplements can help support soothing bloating and healthy digestion after consuming milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream and other foods. Two of our chewables contain the same dose of lactase as certain varieties of Lactaid, and some customers have reported that RMDY is helpful in supporting lactose intolerance.
