How do I take RMDY?
As a daily strength probiotic, it's suggested to take one serving (1 capsule) at either the start of your day prior to your first meal, or prior to your last meal of the deal day. You can also safely take additional capsules (1-2) prior to any larger meals or historically troublesome meals. While there is no indication that taking more capsules poses any safety or health risk, we recommend not exceeding a maximum amount of 8 capsules per day.
