How do I take RMDY?
As a daily strength probiotic, it's suggested to take one serving (2 chewables) at either the start of your day prior to your first meal, or prior to your last meal of the deal day. You can also safely take additional chewables (1-2) prior to any larger meals or historically troublesome meals.
While there is no indication that taking more chewables poses any safety or health risk, we recommend not exceeding a maximum amount of 8 chewables per day.
Does RMDY replace my probiotics?
RMDY can serve as a replacement for other daily probiotics. If you’re already taking probiotics we recommend comparing doses and strains as it’s possible that RMDY could even complement your current probiotic. RMDY uses four of the most researched probiotic strains to support healthy microbiomes and gut function. It's always advised to continue alternating probiotic strains over time, as best to round-out your gut health and introduce different strains. When should I start to feel something?

Does RMDY help with lactose intolerance?
RMDY contains the digestive enzyme lactase, which is rarely found in similar supplements.
